Institutes developments failed innovations

In 15 years in the Russian innovative IR enclosed nearly 1 trillion rubles, but it did not lead Expenses to success budgets on innovative institutes developments (IR) in 2006-2020 exceeded 965 billion rubles, counted daily business newspaper "Vedomosti" by data Roskaznacheystva. 270 more billion rubles will send them in the next three years, budgets follow from the project.
