Regional Duma of Ryazan reduced time of speech of deputies

Regional Duma of Ryazan by a majority vote reduced time of speech of deputies at meetings from 5 to 3 minutes. Corresponding changes are made to regulations of Oblduma on February 26. Speaking about the reasons of changes, the chairman of committee on regulations Murog Igor told that "the bulk of deputies is not on a constant basis, and on public". Also Murog Igor added that time of speech of the deputy can be prolonged by the decision of the chairman Oblastnaya duma.
