Today in the Center of cultural developments "Provincial" passed a ceremonial opening of the International festival of architectural and art creativity "Tatlin" of studying youth and school students. Within a festival started the XVIII All-Russian competition Olympic Games of architectural and art creativity for studying youth and school students of V. E. Tatlin.
