The ex-head of Mikhailovka condemned conditionally for an abuse of authority

Mihailovsky raion district court Volgograd oblast announced a sentence concerning Sergei Fomin who is accused of abuse of powers of office. It is established that Sergei Fomin when held a post of the head of Mikhailovka, knew that the local businessman does not meet a condition of contracts rents land plots which belonged to municipality, but made nothing for agreement cancellation. Thereby the official created conditions because of which it was not succeeded to collect from the unfair tenant of money for superficial enrichment.
