Since January 22 the entered restrictive measures considerably are softened for cultural establishments of the capital. In particular, the ban on work of museums and libraries is removed, and they can hold again exhibition and educational events. The Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimov noted Russian Federation and memorial estates which completely suspended the work at the end of last year because of a difficult epidemiological situation.
