On autumn elections in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the Kremlin will arrange an appearance in 45% and 45% of voices for "United Russia" Party. It was declared on Thursday by the First Deputy Chief of Presidential Administration (AP) Sergey Kiriyenko at a seminar for vice governors in Moscow Region.
