The chairman of Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region Eugenie Borisovich Lyulin took part on January 19 in work of the Club 800 created by the Volga branch website "Rossiyskaya gazeta". About it told in the press service Regionalny parlament. The club 800 is an expert platform on which authoritative residents of Nizhny Novgorod regularly discuss the questions connected with preparation for anniversary.
