Moscow answered Nikol Vovaevich Pashinyan concerning transfer to Azerbaijan seven regions of Karabakh

Russian Federation did not reduce a question of situation settlement in Nagorno-Karabakh only to transfer to Azerbaijan seven areas of the region, the Russian cochairman in the Minsk group of OSCE, the special envoy declared Russian Federation Igor Popov.
