Administration office of federal antimonopoly service of the Perm Territory revealed violations by CITY ADMINISTRATION OF THE KIZEL CITY and LLC "URALGAZSTROY" regarding violation Federal law of the Russian Federation of 26 July 2006 No. 135-FZ "On the Protection of Competition" at the conclusion in 2019 contracts on ensuring preparation of systems of a heat supply by autumn winter period of 2019-2020. The authorities Kizel signed contract on delivery services without carrying out competitive procedure under the pretext of need of elimination of the consequences which have arisen owing to accident, other emergency situations natural or technogenic character.
