The OFAS stopped purchases the Chelyabinsk Minstroy on design of hospitals for 200 million

Applicants opposed the winner of auctions from Sakhalin Region Administration office of federal antimonopoly service of the Chelyabinsk region stopped two purchases Oblastnoy Minstroy on design of medical centers in Magnitogorsk and Zlatoust. Both competitions won against LLC "STROY-EKSPERT" with the offer in 100 million for each object. In total in OFAS three complaints arrived.
