Prosecutor's office Prohorovka district carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on social protection of disabled people regarding providing conditions of availability of premises for them in apartment houses. It is established that the resolution of administration of the municipal area 22.11.2019 approved the provision on an operating procedure of the municipal commission on inspection of premises of disabled people and the general property in MCD.
