President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree about creation of Fund of support of children with a serious zhizneugrozhayushchy and chronic illness, is reported on a site of the Kremlin. The member of Civic chamber, the founder of the first children's hospice Alexander Tkachenko is appointed the head of fund.
