Court rejected claim "Russia sitting" to TV channel "RT"

Moscow, 5 January — Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow rejected claim Charity fund HELP TO Condemned AND Their Families, the owner of the Russia Sitting Internet edition, about protection of business reputation to Independent noncommercial organization "TV-Novosti", to the founder TV channel "RT", follow from the published decision of court. TV channel "RT" spread the information that concerning a portal "Russia sitting" brought criminal case for the fake publication about flash Koronavirus among prisoners.
