China intends to improve the business environment by optimization of administrative procedures

State Council of People's Republic of China disposed to improve the business environment in the country by optimization of administrative procedures and strengthening of legislative base. More favorable business environment will allow to recover activity economic subjects and will play a key role for stable economic recovery against the current difficulties.
