The main objective of the program of energy saving – in cut in expenditure on energy resources and control of tariffs for the population

The governor Kostroma Region Sergei Konstantinovich Sitnikov charged to make changes to the energy saving program and increases of power efficiency. And in particular, to provide three stages – actions for reduction of consumption of energy resources have to be defined at the level of all regional and public institutions, municipalities and the region.
