The Zapad24 news agency reported earlier about case which was considered by City Court of the Achinsk city of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on materials public prosecutor's checks. The respondent there passed the first deputy mayor Petr Khokhlov. Violation of the budgetary legislation was the cause. to Achinsk from regional treasury 79 million rubles were allocated for acquisition of 54 apartments for children of orphans, however the city hall did not provide all with housing.
