The president Bolivia urged police to respect the constitution

To respect the constitution and the rights of the Bolivian citizens the president Bolivia Louis Alberto Arse Katakora called graduates of National police academy, on December 1 reports Prensa Latina. "Acceptance on itself obligations to serve the country from police — is a problem of high responsibility which means discipline, the advantage, respect for institutes and respect of the rights of all and everyone" — the president declared.
