On November 19 in building People's assembly of Republic of Bulgaria the ceremony of the cancellation of postage stamps, devoted to the 1150 anniversary of the Turkic philosopher Abu Nasr al - to Farabi and the 175 anniversary of the Kazakh poet and the educator Kunanbaev Abay took place.
