Charge of fraud is brought to the local of Krasnodar Krai . As reported in the press service of regional Administration office MVD, the 48-year-old inhabitant Pavlovsky rayon, using the confidential relations, borrowed at the acquaintances money, allegedly on wholesale purchase and realization of fish production. To each of victims the man left the debenture, however money did not return and spent them. As a result of nine victims the damage for total amount more than 5,5 million rubles is caused.
