Mari El Republic offered the ex-head term

During judicial debate in prison the prosecutor asked to sentence the ex-head Mari El Republic Leonid Markelov to rare term in corruption affairs — to 17 years of imprisonment. The former official together with the ex-director LLC "Television broadcasting company 12 region" Kozhanova Natalia and the ex-Minister of Agriculture of the republic Dolgusheva Iraida are accused of receiving bribes in especially large size and an abuse of authority.
