Three Tambov lawyers could not prove in court that have the right to combine the status with the deputy. They won elections in municipal duma Tambov, but lost mandates because of innovations in the law: since March 1, 2020 the lawyers elected in authorities have to stop the status regardless of that, they will work at a constant or a changeable basis.
