European Court of Human Rights demanded from Azerbaijan the urgent answer on prisoners of war in Karabakh

The emergency demand for a question of the Armenian prisoners of war in Karabakh was made to the authorities of Azerbaijan by European Court of Human Rights. The former Minister of Justice declared Armenia, the human rights activist Artak Zeynalyan on November 23 on the page in Facebook (zapreshchena v RF). In the message it is noted that European court satisfied submitted on behalf of members of families Armenian captured applications with the requirement to apply an urgent measure to protection of their right for freedom against inhuman treatment.
