In Murmansk Region in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation introduced the bill on protection of fishermen

Changes concern regulation of coastal fisheries. According to the ministry of information policy Murmansk Region, the bill on changes was introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Federal law of the Russian Federation of 20 December 2004 No. 166-FZ "On fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources" in point of regulation of coastal fisheries. These changes will help to solve problems of fishermen-pribrezhnikov. Now in the law "About Fishery" possibility of preprocessing of a catch on vessels of coastal trade is not provided.
