Youri Manevich: "The correct accounting of cross subsidizing – an important stage on a way of its decrease"

Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation offers a package of measures for the solution of a question of cross subsidizing in power industry. In particular, this reduction of number of the consumers equated to the population, and more effective address support of needy and socially protected categories of consumers, Youri Manevich reported during discussion by committee State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on power of tariff regulation of branch.
