Diplomats from United States of America and France will arrive to Moscow because of Karabakh

The official representative Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova reported that diplomats from United States of America and France will be in Moscow on November 18. They will discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. According to her, from the Russian side the meeting will be held by the special envoy Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Popov Igor.
