JSC bank "Otkrytie" declared increase of rates on deposits. By data to information portal "Banki.ru", change made 0,2 percentage points. So, since October 29 the rate is equal 4,6% according to fixed deposits at sum placement from 750 thousand rubles with payment the income in the term end. For clients with the status "Premium" these conditions will act at placement of any sum on the deposit.
