The first deputy chairman of committee of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on economic policy Sergei Kalashnikov suggested to charge pensions "on ranks". He suggests to enter 10 ranks – the first for minimum, and the tenth – for the maximum pension: "the minimum pension — the first rank, more raised — pension of the second rank and so to maximum, conditionally speaking, there have to be ten ranks". The place of the pensioner in ranks depends on different indicators, Sergei Kalashnikov explained Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti".
