The Supreme court the republics confirmed legality of deprivation of the driving license of the person having alcoholism

The Supreme court the republics upheld the decision District court of the Zianchurinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan about deprivation of the driving license of the inhabitant of page Isyangulovo. During supervising actions the citizen having the driver's license on the right of managements by vehicles is revealed. Thus it consisted on the account at the narcologist with a disease "chronic alcoholism". According to the legislation this disease is contraindication for managements of vehicles.
