In 2021 Russian Federation will begin expansion of the Sphere program which assumes creation of satellite group from more than 600 spacecrafts. Providing the broadband Internet becomes their main objective and communications, the head of state corporation Dmitry Rogozin reported at a business forum of Eurasian Economic Union. Besides, he told that in 2021 at Russian Federation there will be the radar devices, allowing to see at the night, through fog and overcast.
