The prosecutor wants to send the ex-mayor Chelyabinsk to a colony despite the transaction with a consequence

In Chelyabinsk passed debate on criminal case of the former head of the city Evgeny Teftelev, accused of bribery. The official went to the pre-judicial transaction, admitted the guilt and gave evidences against the high-ranking accomplices, but it, probably, will not save him from real term in a colony. In court the state prosecutor demanded to sentence the bribe taker to 6,5 years of a colony of a high security, and also to fine it 75 million rubles and for 10 years after the termination of term to deprive of the right to hold positions on civil service.
