Bratsk wants 80 million "for harm"

Municipalities completely will receive in the budgets of assignment for negative impact on environment. The minister of finance told Angarski Krai about changes in the law on the interbudgetary transfers and standard charges which will submit for consideration in Legislative assembly of the Irkutsk region, Natalia Boyarinova.
