After complaints the inhabitant Volgograd, directed to management Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare, an unscheduled document inspection concerning PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK "FK OTKRYTIE" was carried out. During check it was established that at the same time with the credit contract the consumer was connected to the insurance program which includes insurance from accidents and insurance leaving abroad. The insurance premium made 45 623 rubles. Here only in contract about credit it was not specified that the borrower agreed to rendering additional services.
