MTT declared the conclusion of contracts on sale 100% of stocks JSC "Sinterra Media" to Rostelecom group PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSTELECOM". The amount of transaction makes 1,5 billion rubles, thus conditions provided the postponed payment depending on extension of existing contracts.
