New rules of payment pensions came into force to Russian Federation

New rules of payment pensions come into force since October 18, according to the order Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. Now pensioners who want to change bank for receiving pension, will be able to leave invariable date of payments to pension. The document is published on a legal portal. According to old rules, upon transition to another bank date of payments could change.
