The Engelssky administration sold part of the territory at a forest park of Tin-Zin in private hands. At auctions, taken place on September 18, at cadastral number 64:50:010203:450 the natural person got a site. For 3,5 million rubles it was got by Chentsov Victor Alekseevich. The initial price auctions made 1,9 million rubles. Auctions were caused by notable interest, but any company in them part was not taken — the right to dispose of the earth was supported only by natural persons...
