Russians try to relieve of the persuasive advertizing extended in payment orders of ZhKU

The deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation put in order to chapter Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Services of the Russian Federation to Vladimir Yakushev the offer on a ban of distribution of any advertizing by means of payment documents on ZhKU. The exception concerns social advertizing and reference information. For violation of a ban penalties are assumed. Changes it is necessary to make Art. 5 and Art. 38 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 March 2006 No. 38-FZ "On Advertising".
