The ministry of happiness will appear on Kamchatka Territory

The ministry of happiness will appear in structure of Government of the Kamchatka Territory. The governor Solodov Vladimir intends to create new department to do people happy. As the press service of Government of the Kamchatka Territory reports, Solodov Vladimir admitted that as its main motivator activity are considered by happiness of people. Within reforms the regional authorities, the new ministry will be officially called "social wellbeing and family policy".
