On September 23, 2020 final meeting of jury Open international architectural competitions on development the master plan of the territory adjacent to the Almetyevsk reservoir on the river took place. Steppe Darlings. Experts considered concepts of three finalists and chose the best project. Representatives of teams finalists – consortia under leadership of LLC "AyEnDi Arkitekts", LLC "Obermayer Konsult" and LLC "Ay Kyu studio" in an internal format presented results of almost decimestrial work.
