In Artsakh created operational staff for coordination of works of bodies of the back and defense Army. The decision was made in connection with attack of Azerbaijan. In particular, into new structure entered the head of the government Grigory Martirosyan, Ministers of Agriculture, economy and production infrastructure, territorial managements and developments, the director public services on states of emergency.
