Problems with heat dropped a rating at once four South Ural mayors

For the last days, on September 24, the rating of two South Ural mayors rose, and at once at six positions considerably decreased. That affected a political picture of day in the region – agency Polit74 understands. Aleksey Teksler called four areas where there are problems with connection to heat.
