As newspaper "Kommersant", criminal case of the chairman of scientific council RAN on global environmental problems, the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the research supervisor of scientific and technical council Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Natural Resource Vladimir Aleksandrovich Grachev, accused of attempt at especially large fraud became known, is transferred to central office of Committee of inquiry. The consequence plans to retrain business of the known ecologist extorting €1 million from groups of companies "RT-Invest", on receiving a bribe in especially large size.
