Capital taxi companies forbade to transport passengers

Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow supported the statement of MADI to forbid a taxi company LLC "TAIS TORG" to transport passengers. The court accepted such decision after MADI revealed that company did not control work of the employees: drivers did not pass pretrip medical examination, broke traffic regulations and had accidents with passengers. Besides, cars did not check on technical serviceability. MADI urges taxi drivers to observe traffic regulations and rules of transportation passengers and baggage.
