On September 22 the Safmar group declared that coordinated with Otkrytiye and Trust banks extension of the agreement concluded in 2019 about settlement. The additional agreement included all claims from Fund of consolidation of the banking sector and Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) concerning operations of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK" and "Growth banks".
