Leningrad Region will create the regional film commission

Until the end of this year the authorities Leningrad Region, Association prodyuserov and Agency strategic initiatives (ASI) will sign the tripartite agreement on creation of the regional film commission which will help to provide film-making process in the territory of Leningrad Region and to provide return of part of expenses to filmmakers.
