The prices for rent housing to Perm in a month decreased by 3,3%

CYANOGEN submitted data on dynamics of the prices of rent housing in the large cities of Russian Federation. Average cost was taken as a basis rents one-room and two-room apartments for August and September, 2020. The greatest reduction of prices of two-room apartments (to 6,6%) is observed in Yekaterinburg, Volgograd (6,3%) and in Rostov-on-Don (5,7%). One-room apartments strongly fell in price in Yekaterinburg (4,8%) and Ufa (4,2%).
