Poland decided to arrest Tu-154M of dispatchers working at crash

The Polish State Office of Public Prosecutor appealed to court with the petition for temporary arrest of three dispatchers who worked at airfield Smolensk-northern during crash of the plane of the president Lech Kaczynski in 2010, reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" with reference to the press secretary of department Byalik Eva. The petition submitted to district court the area Warsaw-Mokotov. If court makes the decision on arrest, it becomes a step to the announcement of dispatchers in the international search with the subsequent requirement of their delivery to Warsaw.
