Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation prepared the draft of amendments to the Tax code according to which in 2021 the excise on cigarettes, tobacco production and electronic cigarettes will grow by 20% in comparison with present rates. The bill was approved by the commission on lawmaking activity, it will be considered at government meeting, reports daily business newspaper "RBK daily". The current version of the Tax code provides that in 2021 the excise will grow by 4%.
