Police officers can be offended safely on Internet: Ministries of Internal Affairs refused idea of attraction of heyter to responsibility

The bill passed all necessary examinations; the police will not begin to be engaged in its advance in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation decided not to insist on consideration of the bill of attraction to "administrativka" for insults of police officers on Internet, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS" with reference to data of a source in department. The bill passed all necessary coordination, but the police management changed the mind, without indication of the reasons.
