Six electoral associations broke a five-percent barrier and Legislative assembly of the Chelyabinsk region will participate in distribution of mandates of deputies. In regional election committee reminded, only those parties which gather five and more percent of votes of voters can apply for deputy mandates. Mandates do not draw the interest which have gathered less. On elections of deputies of ZSO three of nine participating electoral associations did not break a five-percent barrier.
