Prosecutor's office Uzhur district Krasnoyarsk Krai carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors. It is established that parents of 5 children with use of means of a maternity capital got premises. However in time established by the legislation did not fulfill the notarial obligation about housing registration in common ownership with minors.
